Construction Evans Construction is a heavy civil construction company specializing in underground and surface infrastructure construction, and reconstruction.  Evans performs site grading and excavation, water and sewer installations.  We do projects ranging in size from small site grading and driveway construction for the individual homeowner to large multi-million developments.  We also perform work for local, state and federal government agencies such as city street reconstruction, state highway work, and airport work.
